The beans are a combination of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties, grown at an altitude of 900-1000 meters above sea level, on the clay mineral soil. The beans are then fully washed and sun dried to retain their unique characteristics, and to produce a clean and balanced flavor. The result is a smooth and well-balanced cup with notes of rich chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple.
