This special blend is made using only the finest coffee beans from the renowned regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca in Mexico, grown by dedicated and passionate coffee growers. The beans are hand-picked and sun-dried to retain their natural sweetness and unique flavor profile. The beans are a combination of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties, grown at an altitude of 900-1000 meters above sea level, on the clay mineral soil. The beans are then fully washed and sun dried to retain their unique characteristics, and to produce a clean and balanced flavor. The result is a smooth and well-balanced cup with notes of rich chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple.
