This special blend is made using only the finest coffee beans from the renowned regions of Piura, Amazonas in Peru, grown by the dedicated and passionate coffee growers of Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino. The beans are a combination of Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor varieties, grown at an altitude of 1100-1700 meters above sea level, on the clay mineral soil. These beans are then picked by hand and processed using the gully washed method and dried in the sun to retain their unique characteristics, and to produce a clean and balanced flavor. The result is a smooth and well-balanced cup with notes of salted caramel, silky sweet, and citrus.
